Default fuel pressure for stock ls/vtec?

hey guys what would be a good fp for a stock ls/vtec ( gsr head ) to run on. (AEM FPR)

i would run 40-46psi some depending on ur setup

38 - 46 psi w/ vaccum hose (base)
47 - 54 w/out vacuum hose (static - WOT)

w/ vacume line? sorry im new to this I guess. Im going to be running a AEM Rail and FPR and putting the fp guage on the rail. Will I still be running a vacume line? or do I disconnect it and what is its function
