Window Nets: Square vs Angled
I completely overlooked the fact that I need a window net for the car so now I have my catalog out but I have seen mostly square ones. I got to thinking I haven't actually seen any square nets mounted on a 'drag cage' (meaning with the diagonal door bars. Normally it seems that the square ones go with the nascar bars (like on a road racing car).
I searched and found this:

This looks good but I am kinda being a brandwhore and wanted to stick with sparco (all my safety **** is sparco) but they only make square ones...which is what got me noticing that square seems to be the standard.
My questions are
1. Does anyone have pics of diaganol bars with square nets? Is this even feasible (seems the mounting would be weird maybe)?
2. Who else besides stroud makes angled bottom nets?

The angled one in the pic is what you want to get. Just make sure its SFI approved.
Just go to Summitracing.com or Jegs.com. There are alot of different brands.
Note on Sparco- In the past not all of there products are SFI approved, but they are FIA approved

that window net above is my car. the net was "mocked up" than we had to send the "mock up" out to get made to our specs.
the net could be a bit tighter down at the bottom though.
