Default More D15B Swap problems

I have a 92 dx and swapped a d15b into it. At first it ran good but I was throwing two codes 7 tps and 9 cylinder sensor. Once I fixed those codes this thing runs like complete crap. So far I replaced distributor, tps, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and cleaned fitv and iacv. I can't get the timing right now matter how much I advance the distributor and the car can barely idle now. I know I most likely have to change the timing belt cause it must be misaligned or stretched out. But what I want to know is my idle problem because of the timing being off?
Can you guys think of anything else that might be causing all these problems?
I have a cam gear can I use that to try and advance the timing more?

Do you have power steering by any chance? if so does the reservoir have fluid? A compression test wont hurt either

I would say check the timing belt position. Even off by one notch and you won't get the timing right. I would also think (from my experience) it would throw a code 9 until you got the timing right. nyways, wrong timing would cause poor running. You can see if the timing belt is aligned properly by removing the top timing belt cover (yes, you do have to remove the valve cover .....) and checking the marks (check your manuals on the exact postioning). I was able to adjust mine without removing the lower timing belt cover, altho it did take a few tries to get it right. At least you can loosen the timing belt tensioner from outside of the belt cover.
