Hello, i am much trouble and am writing to see if you guys can help me. i have just purchased the rear sedan door handles of a 00 civic. i drive a 00 hatchback and wanted to replace my door handles with the sedan ones(no keyhole), but as ussual i did not think everything through and it doesnt work. it seems that with the key lock somehting else turn to trigger the door to open. if anyone has done this or knows anything please help , i now can not open the passenger side door from either the inside or out. thank you.

 

ok i have pushed my locks out of the hole and it still worked fine. make sure they arent in the way of anything else
