Hey,

I think I may be getting scammed by Allmotorcrx161. I bought a Jimfab style traction bar and a half shaft from him like 3 months ago. I received the half shaft, but no trac. bar. He claims it was shipped but cannot provide a tracking number. Then he said he was going to send me a refund, but never did. Now he wants me to call him to "Work things outs". Not a good sign.. He gave me his phone number months ago, but I didn't save it (not anticipating such issues). He seems to have a decent rep and a few good vouches..

Any one have his number?!?! he is rarely ion here any more. I need a resolution here! he owes me over $300.

he tried to scam me but i turn his *** in to paypal and they stated there investigation and i had a refund that night

Also there is another person on this site with almost the same H-T name thats a noob and he is located in CA aswell... but his name is Allmotorcrx20.. do you think its the same guy?

Yeah.. i guess i wont buy from him.

 

I actually have his name and address at my parents house (I will get it later tonight).. I made a claim w/ paypal but it was too long ago.. He may be legit, I want to give him the benifit of the doubt.. worse case scenario I have some close family in san diego that will gladly collect, one way or the other.. But being my not so good legal standing in the state of NY, I would prefer to do this like mature adults.

dude, if you bought stuff from him and didn't get it in, at most, 2 weeks, you got scammed. period. if you lost more than $150 in the deal, you got buttfucked. like, on live tv, buttfucked. i feel for you though. good luck with it.

 

I will get my money back.. even if I have go to dan diego my self.. I just ned to verify the address I got And it was around $300 so it would be air miles well spent

He ripped me off by selling me a defective part. I just took the lost and moved on.

 

I actually found his number. I also got him on AIM. He should be sending me my goods monday. We'll see.

I'm pretty worried. The traction bar he is sending is suposedly the same as a Jim Fab one not jimfab.. He claims that it's made by the same person that makes them FOR jim.. It better be proper..

There's the tracking number proving his statement wrong.

 

i baught a 90-92 integra throttle cable from him and he sends me an 88-91 civic/crx throttle cable. trying to clear up the mess but after seeing this thread it looks like a lost cause
