wha does it mean when the fuse box makes a buzin noise? and one know wha dat could be

When you put your blinker on or something? Means low battery so just start it up and it should recharge, otherwise you might need a new alternator or im n sure wat you are talkin about

when i turn on my 4-way the fuse box inside the car buz and the 4 ways dont com on
