Pop between shifts, is this having to do with a warn timing belt
My got replaced around 60K, its now at 118K. Rarely it happens 1st-to-2nd, normally happens 2nd-to-3rd, sometimes 3rd-to-4th and when it does its 2x loud.
Ive never had such a nice car like and integra, and shifting at these high rpms give all sorts of dirrerent noises. This pop comes like .5 seconds after clutch is in, right as the rpms are about to drop. It doesnt happen all the time, but often enough for me to wonder about it.

It's perfectly normal for your setup (intake and exhaust), it has nothing to do with your timing belt. I had the same pop/gurgling coming from my exhaust when I had my 2000 GSR w/CAI, DC 4-1 and Greddy Evo. Having 2.36 inch piping with such light mods is a bit of overkill, so until you get some more serious power you will probably hear that occasionally.
Edit - If you search "exhaust diameter popping" on google you will find lots of explanations, from running lean, to exhaust leaks, to bottlenecks and flow of exhaust. This type of popping is very common in sport contacts (Integra, Focus, etc) and even on certain designs of C5 Corvette exhaust systems.
