Default Quick question about JUN III in a GSR

i understand since the duration is so long on these cams, the adjustment range on a GSR can only go +1/-1 degrees.. so wouldn't it be safer just to use the stock gears?

on a stock bottom gsr, and not milled head...
u'll need new pistons, with bigger valve reliefs to get more advancement.
