90-91 Civic Guage Cluster Question
As I understand it, a 1990 Civic Si cluster will hook up 100% to the instrument wiring of my 1991 Civic DX 5-speed manual, with no need for modifications, and have full functionality. Is this correct?
Would a cluster from a 1991 Civic automatic of any kind work fully with the previously mentioned DX?
How about a cluster from a 1990 CRX Si?
Informational links? Thanks for the assistance, it's about time I quantified my revs.

I think so. But then you'd have to look at the goofy PRND tree . . .

Yes.
You can use a cluster from a '90-91 model of any of the following (they all have tachs with 6500 RPM redlines, except for the HF which has a 5000 RPM redline):
CRX HF
CRX DX
CRX Si
Civic LX
Civic EX
Civic Si
Civic Wagon
Civic Wagon RT4WD
If you want to keep your proper odometer mileage, swap your existing speedometer/odometer unit into the new gauge cluster.
Yes.
