Default B18C5 is in... :)

From this post a few days ago... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=97710

I am glad to announce that the install is complete.

92 VX.... The GSR/VX intake system was a quick fix. A Type R air box/intake t00b will be installed soon.

Getting the knock sensor wire installed and rewiring the O2 sensor took a few extra min... but all in all a nice easy swap.

I little bit more wiring (OBD2 stuff) and some tlc.... this baby will be ready to rock and roll.

FYI.. the shifter bushings and motor mount inserts are a lot easier to install when the motor is out..

Would it be that easy in a 92 CX? I'm going to look at one this weekend I hope.

My motor showed up the same way, those palette straps scratch the valve covers up - It looks clean under the hood though - Good Work!

Looks real nice, real sleeper. I wouldn't even think that a B18C5 would be in that car. I bet it's fast now. http://www.intercrewautosalon.com

Carbon... North-East side

neof69... Thanks

Lyonel... Thanks

Asspenny... Easier on a 92CX.... as long as the car has the full harness

Sp00nDeg... friend from out of town.

VtecVillin... yep They should be wrapped in silk and dropped off by a stork.

Pete... NO... you would kill this stock Honda product...

SiREF8... Yesh.. the stock brakes/suspension/black VX wheels give the sleeper look a nice advantage... the fact that the interior only has 2 seats in it.. helps a bit.

ahcjar103... first mod will be a cat-back... thena a intake to replace the poor fitting GSR one... then a dual core... then a header... then a VACF... then some foot work upgrades.

Will - VERY nice. When I drop my R swap into my new (1992, new to me) CX I might leave it stock height for a while just to **** people off after raping them.

My old car was too recognizable around here...

Your car is EXTREMELY nice looking. What exhaust you running? I'll be using custom piping w/civic Si for now because my Tanabe RD went with my old 1992 Si.

I like to see others with similiar set-ups. Congrats. What other car(s) do you own if any? You have an ITR? I see you a lot there. i'm there because those guys are very bent about everything there, and they've got the same powerplant and they can tell me stuff from experience, etc.

Later. Again, VERY nice ride.

O.K. Take a close look at the pics he posted up. So you mean to tell me that anyone can see the two seats that you have in that gutted hatch? Real nice touch for everyone to see, so how the hell would we know on those pics.
