Default going with a good exhuast system

id like to get a exhust for my 04 si . not shure what is out there . i dont want a lawnmoer sound lol. there is a guy with a sti up the block from me . the exhuast he hsa sound like a ferrari or somthing lol . it has a distict sound to it . anyone know of a decent system thats not to expensive . dont have too much money yet . i was thinking borla or somthing .

i have the spoon catback. it's the best soudning exhaust out there IMO. but if you're not looking to spend a lot of money i would say a greddy of some sort. they are always decently priced and always sound good.

^^ +1 . i have the spoon one also. . if that isn't your taste, you might also want to check up on buddyclub or hks.

I've got the Borla on mine and it sounds really nice, but I've got a high flow cat also so that is going to affect the sound some as well. It also gives you the stock look, so if you don't like the big single tip look it gives you an alternative. If you are looking for inexpensive though then look elsewhere cause Borla is going to set you back some $$$. IMO its worth it, but that is just me.

there are a few borlas on CRSX right now for around $350 shipped...

if i didn't have my Comptech, i would jump on that **** real quick... my top 2 choices were Comptech and Borla...

they're both really nice pieces...
