Can I put a 90-91 LX gauge cluster into my 89 DX 4 DOOR? HOW?
Can I put a <U>90-91 LX (4 DOOR) </U>gauge cluster into my<U>89 DX 4 DOOR</U> ? HOW?
any info would be much appreciated...

No. Well technically you can, change a few pinouts, but the actual dash cluster cover is different, 88-89 is a little thinner and squared while the 90-91 is a bit taller and rounder.
Just try it. I put a 91 lx cluster in my 88 dx. I was expecting it not to work but it did. Fully functional w/o rewiring.
to make it work u would have to change out the plastic clear cover and then u would probably be able to make it work
and of course some wiring involved
but it can or will be much easier with the 88-89 lx/si cluster

yeh i need an 88-89 lx cluster, caus my car is a 4 dr. I had a si cluster and the tach still wrked but everything else was weird so i sold it and just figured id hold out til i find a 88-89 lx one, but i never come across them...
