its easy. its called under the table. usually from 60-250 bux . me personally is 80bux but have to catch him when hes around. rare. 150 any time any day. for my other guy. same day papers. they're out there. just talk to people.

test only will pop up for some certain reason that im not sure about...dmv decides this...test only centers only do the smog and will not repair it for any reason if it wont pass...u den will have to take it to another place to repair then go back to the test only center...im not sure if they test harder or not but if u are a require to go to a Test Only then u cant take it to the Test and Repair place...i currently have the Test Only...i getting a hook up but its costin me 250...and i still need to actually pass the emission...that im worried about...i just got a new cat too...but it smells like it runs a little rich...wish my car luck

Beat the heck out of it on the way there to get it good and hot and also burn off some of the build up inside the engine, retard your distributor timing alittle and lean out your af with the vafc. For the heck of it , buy some of that guarantee to pass stuff and put it in 2 days before you go. I faild horribly once and these were the things I did to get it to pass.

wow test only the test only is a pain in the *** they check every thing every little thing especially in california

jdm motors are illegal in california of cource we do have to do something to smog b16a1/b18c/zc

the legal way is to swap a motor from a california car this means b18/b20/d16/b18c/h22a

....you are in pasadena ca i am in pasadena ca too............................................... .......................

Man I Oregon!!!!!!!!! Especially small towns!!!! No tests - No Inspections - And the only law (which is barely even enforced) is the donor motor has to be the same year or newer than the original!!!!!
