If you are, did you check your timing belt cover when taking off the belt?

because i just checked the cover, after installing my second Toda belt and saw that the belt has made some track marks on the cover. It rubbed it soo hard that the line developed because of heat

 

sounds like u didnt get the tension right, or the disc on the crank isnt installed.

this will happen with any timing belt.
