sunroof has trouble opening

sunroof has trouble opening
when my sunroof opens it hella bounces, kinda like what happens with wheel hop. it bounces up and down but it still opes. can i just like grease the tracks or something? if so how?

I just put grease on the tracks, don't know if there is any specific way of doing it but i just throw it on and run the sunroof back and forth a couple times.
