my girl and i were talking about it this morning. And i wanted to know what you guys would trade your CRX for...realistically

I personally would do a straight trade for a 1st gen supra or a 90s MR-2

 

I probably would only trade it for a RHD Mugen crx and thats about it

 

i would trade it for another 90-93 teg

 

I'd trade mine in a heartbeat for a McLaren F1..... But seeing how unlikly that is, I guess I'm going to keep it till I get too damn old to drive.

 

The only thing would trade my rex for would be... my old streetbike back, or a new r1

 

another thing my girl friend said was that the MR-2 looks like crap!!! and that my current beater (an 87 nissan sentra), a box on wheels powered by a 1/2 dead goffer looks better than a 90s MR-2

i owned a 3rd gen supra turbo, i was actually was way into supras before i started having problems, and started paying attention to my crx more(wich i should have done and never bought the supra). i would never ever give my crx up for that supra. i wanted to at the time but those cars are heavy and not very fun to drive on the street. theyre not that fast(a little bit faster then a stock 3rd gen gsr) but cool to drift and really nice for their price. the 1st gen supra is near impossible to find and are hella ancient. 2nd gen is a celica/supra witch again are lame not much there to work with. 3rd gen is the one everone has and i had and is the cheapest only one other then 4th gen worth fixing up. 3rd gen is 87.5-92.5

ive thought about trading/selling my crx many times but i dont think i can do it ive never won so many races, drivin so fast, put so much money, had so much fun as i have in my crx its been through hell and still going

 

oh my bad then i want a 2nd gen supra. But i've heard the same thing. They put down alot of HP with a few grand but then again they are soo heavy it isn't the same as modding a CRX.

I'm sure you could feel a few HP with a CRX, and on a supra it isn't anything special

I think that's about it...But for the most part i would never trade my Crx, i've already put more then just time andmoney into it.
Seriously my TB on my d series had some shards and sliced my fingeropen and i leaked like ten mins into my IM. It was beautiful, i shed for my car.

But i just love the CRX so much. We were also talking about how all the new cars are looking too futurisitic. And the CRX fits right in the time frame of now i think.

 

I'd trade mine for $3,500 cash now and find a clean black or silver EDM/JDM like this in the spring (sorry bro for posting your ride again - danke):

A 92-95 Civic Hatch, real clean with a b16.

 

something common would be an eg h22 or 94integra ls
