I'm lowering my car 2 inches all around today. Will I need to adjust my camber with only a 2 inch drop?

 

it depends on how often your lowered

yes, very much you will if you want your tires to outlast 20k

 

I put some 2.5" front 2.25" rear neuspeed race springs on my car about 6 months ago, and I haven't noticed any abnormal wear with my tires. 92 civic hatch. Now the camber may be out of spec, I'm not sure, I've never taken it in for an alignment. The car tracks fine on the highway, and I can't really see any negative camber by eye. Good luck.

 

Do you hear your tires whine on the highway? I did the Tein Stech springs on my 97 Coupe and the toe angle was off pretty bad. Camber is not adjustable without a camber kit or arm. Get an alignment and have the toe angle adjusted to spec.

No, but you'll need to have it aligned to have the toe corrected . . .

 

Camber kit is well worth it, i know from experience dude.

 

Set the toe to factory specs and rotate your tires and you will be fine.

 

Just finished putting them on thx to jdmEFnine1 and DruWO. Car is real low now - I'm loving it.

 

I would, the back just use washers, the front get a camber kit... i have skunk 2... i love it

 

i used the h&r races on mine. you can tell it has negative camber all around. but, theres no really visible uneven tread wear. no whining while driving. havent even set the toe back to 0. but, i just got new tires that i gotta mount, so ill probably set it then. the drop is like 2.25fr and 2.0r. 0 finger gap all around
