California legal headers

What is the most economical (best value) header that can be purchased that is california smog legal? i.e. comes with CA carb stickers.

Holly airmass...under 100 bucks on ebay...carb legal and it's cheap...
hedman chikara headers a little bit more, carb lebal, does the trick...
