The chunk of it is how cheap you can get the ecu and trans for. You'll have to get mounts and linkage, slave, master cyl., clutch lines, pedals..... It will nickel and dime you to death if you try to get just what you need and nothing more. try and buy things in chunks. trans and linkage, pedal assemblies....ect.... Do some homework

Do a search to get the parts list, then start calling around to local junkyards or looking through classifieds to find the parts. There is no universal set price for the parts unless you go to a dealership and buy all parts at MSRP (which would cost a fortune considering you need the transmission, ECU, clutch, and clutch hydraulic system, among other pieces). If you can't do the labor yourself, labor rates will also vary greatly depending on where you go - not to mention, the number of places who will actually do a specialty job like this is few.
You would have figured that all out had you made an attempt to use your brain.
Welcome to the real world. We don't help people who refuse to help themselves.
If you want people to spoon-feed you information, go back to elementary school.
Edit: It figures that you'd be only 15 years old . . .

As far as clutches go I would get an exedy for about 100 bucks. I got mine off of ebay and it is awsome, also you might want to check in getting a remanned flywheel, they're pretty cheap(if you can find something to turn in for a core). I have a slave and master cyl. And a clutch pedal with the switches if you want them. Plus a pilot bearing
