Pomona Coverage & Pictures - 56k uhh...grab a Snickers
Man what a day of racing. Big ups to Berghenholtz for nailing that 7 and Skunk2 showing up and ripping that 9.90.
Steph put on a SHOW. 6.60 @ 210. The display board was kinda funky, some car trapped 700+ mph and another at 400+.
Nelson also blasted some 7.45's at well over 190...sick.
Better pics will hopefully come tomorrow, I'm lacking skills with my new lens. Enjoy. The rest of my shots are currently being uploaded to Modified, and all the coverage will be up on Monday. Half my shots are garbage though

if i wasn't uploading 1.2 gigs to a separate server i would format and upload some more. i unfortunately need everything done before i leave tomorrow morn so i can bring my laptop with me.
i agree, today was great and the people are awesome. haven't been to a real race all season (moroso doesnt count) and thumbs up to all the racers out there. gary was cool as hell, and it was great to meet goldmember.
if you guys are around tomorrow, feel free to say hi to me - i'll be wearing a black modified shirt, have a camera dangling from my neck with a big white lens. short chinese kid, cant miss me among the 50 others with the same camera and lens

Sweet pics!!! Awesome action there, too bad I can't be there. Gotta cheer on for Leslie, looks like she got thing sorted out and is making the power and times, though having trouble hooking, maybe a nine? Could join skunk....9 sec finals would be kick *** for sure!!!!

haha thanks - but i am being honest. i shot over 900 pics and dare only post about 50 of them.
you'll see when they post the coverage, i have a lot of blurry shakes and mishaps. goes with learning though, i loved being out there.

actually my phone had next to nothing service in pomona. hell, it has **** for service out here where im at.

Beautiful pics. The next best thing to being there. The weather was perfect , some of the girls were hot, and the cars were fast .

anyways.. does anyone remember who hit 9.88@130ish i think...
my buddy got to the semi's for teh ET-2 brackets.. but red light on teh 4th round... which sucked.. but he was pretty consistent for a first timer....
