also it said
Apexi Dunk cat-back for 94-99 GS/LS and 2000 GSR
so i'm guessing that it is a direct bolt on to my A pipe right? correct me if i'm wrong

it will fit.. catbacks bolt on to your stock (or aftermarket) catalytic converter. The piping size doesn't change where the bolt holes are.. it just the pipe diameter. Just make sure you buy the correct model. also, make sure its a larger size as your exhaust flows on.. like 3"(if you had a downpipe)-2"½, or just the same size all the way back. You don't want exhaust flowing from a larger diameter pipe into a smaller one.

when you say" make sure it's a larger size as your exhaust flows on" do you mean the tubing diameter or what? because stock tubing is 1.91-2 inches and the Apexi Dunk is 2.36 inches
or do you mean the tubing of the aftermarket exhaust, because form the pic that i'm looking at, it's same size all the way through

yea, the tubing diameter.. basically if you buy a catback it will be fine, because its going to be a larger diameter than stock all the way back. I was just walking about if you start mixing parts.. like a custom testpipe then an Apexi catback.. you would want to make sure the testpipe would be smaller or the same size as the catback piping.
