Finally a sunny day here in rochester so me and my buddy (STi) got the cars washed and went out from some fall photos. Excuse any didigtal noise, im using a conon elph sd100

The ISO setting is basically how sensitive the camera is to light. The higher the setting, the more sensitive it is. So when the camera takes in a lot of light with a high ISO level (like your pictures) the images get grainy. For day pictures, I use ISO 50. For night shots, I wouldn't go over ISO 200.

see i always thought iso speed was shutter speed. SO setting a higher ISO would compensate for my shaky hands (shutter click faster than my hands shake thus eliminating blurr), guess i was wrong
