ok ive done a search and found some info but not what i want to know

first off i just ordered a set of front and rear lower tie bars yesterday and i have a 91 teg does any one out there with a 90-93 teg know where i bolt these up at , im still confused about that, i just want to make sure before i start busting bolts loose, and also what are the torque spec's to what ever it is i have to bolt it to?

oh ya and um just some info on how you guys think my car is going to handle with front and rear upper strut bars and now front and rear lower tie bars ? i know its not much but ive turned my focus from power to the handleing aspec's of my car for awhile, since the ht meet up and lime creek road...thanks for any help and if you want to flame me, well you can just go f&^k ur self
