hey boys i don't post here to much i myself don't have a Honda i have a Subaru. But my friend has a crx which he would like to buy that 12 piece black widow which i think is ugly body kit. I am wondering if any of you have had any real life experiences with one of these things like how much of a bitch is it to put on. or how much it would cast ow yeah he has the go to go with his show. Hes rocking the k20a.

how much did he pay for that do you know im trying to steer my friend toward selling it and buying a subaru so im not the only one besides the rich kid at our school whos 15 and has a sti. ha i need to have a group of wrx's so bad

 

man i like STI's but if i were him i would keep the crx dont by the body kit and instead buy the mugen kit for it or the wings west kit.

 

my friend paid about 1800 total w/ extra pieces to make gas tank work, ect... tell ur friend keep the rex and put a k20 in it or even lsvtec.... b16 at very least

 

he said the kid already has a k20a already in it.

Yeah dude that kit is ugly as hell IMO. Tell him to put the money into engine and performance modifications, if he really wants a kit yeah go for the mugen kit. The only one kit that looks good IMO, either that or a JDM frontend. Either way it will be way less than the *** Widow kit, and have money left for other aspects of the car.

Phiffle....please dont let your friend to it!!! friends don't let friends drive rice ! and that body kit is a RICECAKE. That kit has no respect for the origional honda CRX curves and features, you might as well put that K20 in a fukin Geo Metro slap a stupendiously big body kit on there, and nobody will know wtf it is ....

your friend will get flamed to no end.... regardless of a K20... but i guess to everyone his own, butcha gotta represent what the CRX really looks like, and not some 400 piece kit that turns it into a Ferrari




If your friend knows anything about Cars????.. and didn't just have someone put that K20 in there for him, i would advise to fully tune the whole suspension set up with new parts, Tie Bars, maybe small Cage, drop it a good amount, get some good light wheels and good tires etc etc.. maybe a 5 lug conversion. Do him a favor and point him in the right direction .
