Default Clock goes on and off.....

This may sound dumb (go easy on a sister) but, I set my clock and while driving, it keeps resetting itself. It seems to happen when my music is turned up semi-loud. I have no subs yet, and the radio has been in the car for over a year now. Pioneer 6400. I just recently replaced the rear speakers and had an alarm put on. What should I check to figure out why this clock keeps resetting? I hate setting it every 5 minutes. What do you all thing about it? Is it the radio or something with the alarm?? Fuse going out?? What??

I guess I'll just try to take it back to the shop tomorrow. I believe its has something to do with the alarm though. They set the alarm WAYYY to sensitive also. A chirping bird will set it off. LOL They hid the brain so well that I myself can't find it to change the sensitivity (sp?)

ok my guess is it's simply a loose connection. the clock is wired to the same circuits as the radio and the constant power (so it can keep the time), most likely one wire was not connected properly (or the wiring harness leading to the clock wasn't properly hooked up).

if everything else in the car is ok, then you know it's got to do with the wiring between the clock and wherever else it hooks up to. if the alarm or radio were causing the problem, they'd most likely affect more than just the clock.
