question #1: what hardware does the neuspeed rear lower tie bar usually come with? is it just two bolts or are there other pieces like washers?

question #2: will i have any problems mounting a neuspeed tie bar and the jdm itr 23mm sway bar? ie. clearance or any issues i don't know about?

question #3: I have bought the jdm itr sway bar from password, and it came with the bushings and endlinks, so if i buy the BSQ mounting kit, is there anything else i need to buy? any other bolts or small things?
