im gonna get another eg and it has side moldings on it. it also has 4 harness plugs on the passenger side under the hood. i was thinking that its a dx but i always thought that only vx models came with 4 plugs. do you think that they just had the moldings installed?

 

i think si and dxs are the only ones with side moulding. my dx has side moulding and i know its stock that way

ummmmm................... all of them came with side moldings. Unless you are talking about side markers (those lights in the fender that flash with the blinker) then no USDM civic came with them. And what do you mean 4 plugs? There's lots of plugs in cars. Be more specific.

 

ok all egs come with 4 plugs their spark plugs that is. i have no clue what your talking about, i thought i did but im not sure now

 

cx/vx did not come with side mouldings

 

My 00 CDN SiR came stock with a Front Lip,Side Skirts and different rear bumper.

What are you smoking? Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but all civics come with side moldings except 01+ coupes and hb's.. Not too sure about the really really old ones though.

no hes right... but thats why i wanna know why mine has the side moldings and yet it has 4 engine harness plugs like the vx models.

So 99-00 US Si Coupes should have front lips,side skirts and different bumpers I would think?

 

cx/vx don't come with side moldings, but some people can get it installed. I saw a VX with side moldings.

Not all US Si's have front lips. I have them, but my brothers 00 Si didn't. They should all have the side skirts, and painted side mouldings.

As far as the difference in bumpers I think you're thinking of the difference between 96-98 and 99-00 Civics.
