Default I broke my LIP!

I have a CF lip for a 99-00 Honda Civic and the sides of the lip where the 2 screws go into the bumper; broke! Is there a way to fix this? Any Suggestions would be helpful! Oh yeah.. I no longer have the side pieces of the lip that broke off; so i would have to rebuild/construct it myself.

Its gonna be a bitch to refiberglass the outer portions of the lip...and if you dont know what your doin...which im guessing you dont..then its gonna end up lookin like ****. IF the double sided tape deal doesnt work...your gonna have to get a real lip.
