Ok after the car gets over 3 rpms it picks up a little but then after the car warms up it starts to bog alot more.
Here are the things i have done
1.Checked timing
2.replaced rotor
3.replaced plugs

from the last time i was doing a search before doing a swap on my civic dx hatchback.......i was thinking of doing a ZC. i was getting all the info i needed and i believe i saw one part that said use a 42-45 psi fuel pressure regulator. i just managed to do a 94 SOHC vtec swap on my car....due to emission/smog in california. ZC's here in california are illegal.
i'm about to buy me a brand new fuel pressure regulator for my SOHC vtec...cause the one i'm using....its off of my friends CRX 90 and i think i'm not getting enough fuel at the right time.
i'll let you know civicboyzc if that helps. i'm about to purchase one first thing in the morning before i go to work tomorrow. another thing...what psi fuel pressure are you getting??@civicboyzc??
Hey vsual im not sure i really should check installed my si injectors last night they were dirty so i added some cleaner im gonna see how it doesn in the morning
Hey guys after replacing. Fuel filter, egr valve, plugs, plug wires, coil, ignitor, cap, rotor, injectors, fuel pressure regulator. It still bogs but when i turn on the car from a cold start it has alot of power for about 1 min are so and shorty after i get boggen i think i may be loosesn fuel pressure or not getting enough fuel pressure
damn! same situation here!!! but i never purchased me a new fuel pressure regulator.
the pepboys wanted to charge me $117.99 for a 94 SOHC vtec fpr. the dealer was charging me $130. i said what the f@$**@$K??? cant afford that. the fuel pump is cheaper than that damn fpr. i guess i have to purchase me a fuel pump ....but not right now. no money...hehehehe..spent it all for Christmas.
civicboyzc....are you thinking what i'm thinking?? by replacing and cleaning everything....there's one thing we havent checked or replaced....hehehhehehe.
