first of all let me start by sayin what up honda-tech.com ....im a new member...just some quick info.....im 21 livin in da south ...texas to be exact......i got a 94 honda accord ex coupe bought it couple years ago.....its been a great car till a couple of weeks ago........heres the problem

couple of weeks ago my speedo went out....im guessin the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) went out........i also notice that the VTEC wasnt engaging because of it

2 weeks later at the mall my whole dashboard/clock and some sensors went out.....i cant get it out of park the traditional way (yes my car is auto ugghh but w/e) so i go to take the shift lock off put it in nuetral and then turn it on....the computer is not sensing me being on the brake.......besides that messing up......none of my instrument clusters are working my clock isnt working.........my windows dont roll down nor does my sunroof open...........any advice...solutions ??

i was jus guessin that my computer might have messed up ......i dont know though.....i havnt taken it to a mechanic due to lack of time

So basically theres no power? Did you have your battery checked? Hows the cars wiring? Has it been hacked to death? Does everything stop working at the same time or is it just a few things at different times? Its kinda hard to tell by your post.

 

oh theres power i use the car everyday........but i got to get it out of park manually by pushin in the shift lock to unlock the gears......because for some reason the car doesnt know that iam pressin on the brake...................my speedo went out like 3 weeks ago...........but then a week after that all my gauges went out including windows ,sunroof, and the clock ............all the wiring under the hood looks good ......battery is fine...........i dont know how the wiring inside the car is......i havent torn it apart.......yet....

check your relays man...sounds like the alternator is doing its thing

headlights and cruise control still work? If you got an aftermarket radio make sure you don't have anything shorting out or stealing power.

 

headlights work.........the cruise control went out.............my car i so stock its painfull to see..........ima go check the computer at one of the local pepboyz our autozone and see if they can pick up anything..............ill post results later
