I heard that they are easy on rotors but are a bit dusty. I went Brembo blanks from them and Axxis Metalmasters instead to keep the brake dust low.

i have that exact setup on my EK w/ CTR 5lug. they're REALLY dusty, kinda squeaky/squealy.. but perform great. i haven't noticed excessive wear on my rotors though.

definately a great setup for good breaking power, and recommended by me (if that means anything to anyone ).

I have blanks and ultimates on my car and for about 4 weeks i wasn't that impressed, i didn't feel any braking improvement. Then at the beginning of october, it was like a switch all of a sudden they gripped spectacularly. Exactly whst i hoped for. Within the last 2 days though i've developed a loud squeek whenever i brake. Annoying and embaressing as hell. But it still grips.

Ceramic pads are not recommended for track use either.

I THINK, and I emphisize the word think, because I don't know how you drive, you didn't wear them in properly. For the first 200 miles after new rotors are installed, you aren't supposed to brake hard at all. I will warp the rotors and cause a squeaking/squealing.

I was very careful about breaking them in. I was aware that braking hard can warp the rotors. I was at my fathers place when i installed them, then drove about 180 miles home, so they did have sufficient break in time. I also put anti squeel on the dimples between the backs of the pads and the shims, and also on the retainers.

Well then I have no clue why your brakes squeak. That sucks though, I hope you figure it out. My stock brakes are beginning to develop a slight squeak.
