I have a 89 CRX with a type r motor and b16 cable trans. I wanted to put a 2001 itr (hydro) in it.

Problem is I have the old style hasport mounts. Hasport says I need to replace my mounts with there new billit mounts ($500) in order to to use my itr trans.

Any other companys that sell the kit?
Any way to work around my current mounts?

 

i got the hasports but i paid 400 shipped off ebay...
give me your itr tranny and call it a day...

 

The cable tranny has a different mounting point than the Hydro trannie as far as the mount goes, so no matter what you're gonna need at least that mount from Hasport.

 

isn't it just one mount? call them back and make a deal with them. people that bought their **** before they were huge are what made them rich. They've always hooked me up.

 

It was cheaper for me to sell my hasport mounts on ebay (300 approx), then call steve at hmotorsonline.com and get a new hydro (efb2 kit) from him. He sold me mine for 350 I believe(returning customer).
