Default Throw out bearing

I need some help with installing my throwout bearing. I have the old one off, but I have to get the new one in. Are there any tricks to getting it in? If Someone can show me a diagram or something that wouod be great. I put in a new Nkk clutch and pressure, along with an 8lb flywheel, and now it comes down to the throw out bearing. The car is a 1992 Integra Gs with a stock B18A1. If anyone can help its appreciated.

u gotta get the two ends of the wire/spring thing in the transmisson onto the sides of the TO bearing. u can use a needle nose plyers to pull up the wire/spring and fit in on the slot on the TO bearing. u gotta do it for both sides. usually a needle nose plyers and a flat head screw driver will help out on get n the wire/spring onto the TO bearing

I just used my hands. You can either pull the fork out and install it, the pop the for back in, make sure the spring is in properly. Or you can pull the fork out far enough to slide the throw out bearing in. make sure use alot of lube and grease on all the contact points so it doesnt make noise in the future.
