I just realized that I tapped my Vaccum Manifold after the check valve on the brake booster line. My boost guage would steadily rise up to 7spi then slowly creep down into vacuum.
My question is this:
With the check vavle wasI even boosting 7psi or or was I boosting even more than that? If so then how much more?

Well for some reason it sounds like your check valve is not working that well
As far as I know it is not supposed to allow ANY press to pass it so.....
I have never actually tested it so I really don’t know if its working or not??
I do know that there is no way to tell what you were boosting for 100% sure.
If I had to guess...Say....7lbs
What is your W/G spring rating?

I have a 7psi WG spring. but that's hooked up to the Vacuum Manifold too. Well I guess I need a new check valve. About how much do they cost?
