Springs on EF??

Was wondering what springs do you guys like the best on your EF? Also what springs do you guys like the best. I was about to change my Sportlines to Progress that is why I'm asking.

What are you looking for in lowering your car? That will help us let you know which springs are best for that purpose...

Sportlines and Tokiko Illumina's have treated my EF hatch well for 3 years - decent ride, good handling.

GC/Koni combo for me. The car is mainly for auto-x/drag/soon-to-be road racing.

KYB AGX's and an older set of Eibach Sportlines. Have the shocks set on "1" and I scrape the side moldings going over speed bumps .......

Very happy overall. Only complaints are the rear shock/springs "thunk" sometimes, can't figure it out.
