Default Offset help.

I am going to be buying some 16x7 slipstreams and I was wondering what offset you guys think would be good for my car. I have 1993 civic coupe, I have searched for an answer to my question but could not find the answer. My options are 45mm or 40mm. If you have any pics of either off these offsets that would be great to. Thanks for the help.

I would go 40 mm. I think my 15 x 6.5 slips are 40mm offset and they almost rub. the do rub in some hard corners.
