I don't think anyone makes a cam for the hx. the head uses something different for the cam than the ex. you would be better to swap on a y8 head and work with that.
its a d16y5 i think, yes i know y8 cams don't work, but i've got reasons i want this head gas miledge+performance, i drive 50 miles to work every day, but i want a even better cam than it has now to take advantage of those roller rockers, if you don't know anything about the hx moters please don't tell me its a gas miledge model like i don't know that already, i just want to know who makes good performance cams for it

Never heard of a cam for a Y5 either...I would try having one custom ground, or better yet, junk yard turbo! Lol, not a turbo advocate really, but if you're looking for more power out of your stock motor I'd say FI would be the way to go. Y5's are one of the (if not the) only Honda motor that can make more torque than horsepower when boosted if you didn't already know! Do a search
actually this is not a stock moter i'm considering using a y5 head on a d16z6 to get good miledge and performance, i've heard good things about the y5 head but i don't want to do this swap if there are no performance cams for the y5, this is a little pre research, i put this in the eg forum cause hx's are newer civics
First off... you didn't have to call me an ***... no need for that at all dood....
second... even though the y5 is the economy motor it still puts out good torque... what kinda numbers are we talkin about... i see where you would want to put a y5 head on a z6... not even a bad idea...
