Default How to get 'brake rust' off my new wheels ? HELP

Hello all...

For some reason one of my calipers locked up on me about 20 minutes from my destination one day and i had to be there, so i continued to drive it like that (i know). It eventually wore to metal/metal and sprayed metal shavings on my wheels, which in turn rusted.

I have the caliper/brake system fixed, but now im left with little rust shavings on my wheels, that I am having a hell of a time getting off...

Well these wheels have less than 3000 miles on them, they're Rota Circuit 10's in Bronze and are showing bad.

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW I CAN GET THIS STUFF OFF

use your nails to scratch it off, then use a clay bar to detail the wheel
