Question... is this a good deal?
Well it would be nice if it was a manual, but if it doesn't have too many miles I would say yes. Take it to a mechanic if you aren't too knowledgeable and have him look it over. You can probably sell the bumper also later on. Got any pics?

Well, I don't know about everyone else, but to me mods like that would tend to de-value the car. Offer him what you want... there are certainly other accords out there. Negotiate and see what he will take for it. If it's for your wife I'd imagine she wouldn't be interested in all that stuff. You might be better off with a stock accord. But you never know, plenty of cars out there.

i wouldn't buy my gf/wife a mod'ed second hand car, simply you just don't know what the guy done to it.
the chances are your wife would be happier with a good running stock honda then a modded(and not faster than stock) honda.
just my opinion, 4.5grand is little bit too much for 12Xk 5th gen accord
