Default Power door locks

My power locks randomly stopped working tonight after I got out of the car at home. '95 prelude se w/ h22a and all that. The viper alarm still works, but it doesn't lock the doors..and the doors don't lock by the switch so it's something seperate from the alarm. Is this a short, fuse problem, or regulartor something?

How much $$ is it to usually fix something like this?

always check the simplest things first and work your way up in severity. So the first step is always going to be check your fuse. If that doesnt work get a haynes or chiltons manual or something like that and locate the door lock relay. then the wiring with a multi meter.
