I'm looking into getting a new set of headers for my 94 civic but I need to know if it will fit along side with a teg radiator with both fans. Its pretty tight now with about 3/4" gap. I'm looking into the DC 4-1 because you have to shave parts of the fan housing to fit the JDM 4-1 w/ heatshields. Does anybody have this setup with a teg radiator w/ fans and DC 4-1 headers? A pic would be nice. Thanks.

maybe try some slim fans? I have a Teg radiator with only one fan (passenger side) and the housing rubs a little on the header heat shield.

I hope the AC can be done, cuz I'm planning to do that on my car too.

 

oh crap. I mis-read the q. didn't get that it was about headers. I have the Stock JDM SiRII header that came on my engine w/ heat shields. Dunno about DC.

 

wait, are you asking me? I'm asking the same question. I want to do AC too, but don't have any info.
