My accord is pilling som sort of fluid. It appears to be coming from the front drivers side tire maybe?? And when it rains a rainbow hallow is formed around the car. I'm trying to sell it but I'm wondering whats wrong and how I would go about fixing it. Any help would be appreciated!

What color is it? Can you tell?

 

just in case your pop did left you some pots and blacklight from the 60's, use the blacklight in the dark, it will show all the oil leak
