225/40 18 on a CD5?
i ordered new wheels and tires but i dont know if the 225/40s will fit w/out spacers. i really dont want to send them back and wait 2 weeks for a new set cuz its all finally coming together. any one know if this will be a problem?

I use 215/45/17s and it doesn't rub at all with my drop. I don't think 225/40/18 will be a problem. What is the offset of your wheels?

they will fit fine, that is the perfect size tire for 18s, good job
just make sure you dont drop it too low
, i was told you shouldnt use coilovers with 18s because they knock up against the wheel well, my friend with a 1994 accord ex sedan says to use springs, but he has the same wheel/tire size and it looks HAWT!, good luck!

its already lowered..i just want to make sure they wont rub on the steering knulckle assembly and the rear upper control arms...i have 215/35 18 right now and they are fine with little room to spare..grr, frustrating
