Matrix 4 point harnesses worth the money?

Matrix 4 point harnesses worth the money?
I tried to get some sparco's for a cheap price off of a friend but things didn't work out, heh.
Now, I basically have a $150 dollar budget for a pair, so I found that Matrix 4 Point Harnesses seemed to be at about that price range and judging by looks, seemed to be decent enough.
Has anyone ever heard of these / used these?
Any input is helpful, just try to let me know by 7 tonight, because I have to place the order before then.
