Okay......

I'm running an s200 with obd2 conversion harness and a p28. The engine was running really good and I decided to clean everything up and do a finish install with the hondata (instead of the floor). So I hooked everything back up and now it won't start. The hondata is flashing and I get a solid check engine light with the service connector jumped.

I tried my 0bd2 b16b ecu and that did not work either, and I have used it to start the car before so it should work.

The car just cranks and cranks and once in a while it will try to start up for a half second. I checked my fuses under the dash and hood. Am I missing something, anyone have any ideas?
