hi
i bought some motor mount inserts from energy suspension for the 99-00 Civic Si EK 94-01 Integra DC.
will they fit in the ef8?

 

I've got a EE8 too, asked at a shop if they now which inserts will fit ef8 they told me none

SO I filled mine with polyurethane and let it dry for 2 days and put them back

I did this when I had my engine out of the car

 

Take the mounts out. Chop up a 100% polyurethane cutting board (<$1) and fill the big gaps with that. Then take a tube of 3M Windo-weld ($7-8) and fill all the small remaining gaps. Let it dry, re-install, and your engine will be hard as a rock. Works great
