I found alot of info when I searched but I just wanted to know for sure I will have to breake the two clips on the hub to make the turn signals cancel properly? and

you mean on the SRS Cable Reel or Clock Spring... not HUB.... (I was like WHAT??? you're going to break your wheel???)
Comp97gsr had a tread about this a while back. try searching.
And yes, your horn should still work properly.

Everything will plug and play. Also you should get rid of those tabs on the SRS cable reel. If you don't one side will cancel, but the other side will stay on after you turn left or right. Just break them off with needle nose plyers, and sand them with sand paper. It's easy and that way you won't have to mess with it again later.

if you feel a little uneasy about just breaking the little black pins off, you can drill new holes for them in the back of the jdm aluminum hub. Aluminum is pretty easy to drill through, even though this particular peice is about 3/4 of an inch thick . I have done this on 3 different integras now so I have it down to a science. Let me see if I can find you some digital pics that I took, I'll post em up later tonite if I find em.
