Just recently got the motor in and have cel 1 and 14. How would i cure these problems?

i am running a 99 h22a in 99 integra gsr with p28 w/ hondata s200
with full skunk2 head package and hotshot header. what should my 1/4 mile times be?

and for some odd reason the first day i drove my car, all the gears were fine.
But now only my five forward gears work but not my reverse.

anybody know whats wrong with my reverse?

Please help.

could be a bad tranny and as far as whats my 1/4 time there no telling between all the variables.

 

anybody know how to fix the Check engine lights?
