I've seen some pics of polished OEM rims on this site, i am looking to get my rims polished to even get that "chrome" look. Someone on this site has their SE rims polished nice, i tried messaging him but no luck. Anyone else have tips or pics?
thanks

You might try on appearance forums to get more answers.. but from what i know you'd better do them by hand, with lots of time and patience.. use various grades of sandpaper (lower grades to higher grades) to get a perfect "mirror" finish. Go up to 2000 grit and then use polish to have a bright mirror finish. Then once in a while clean em up and re-apply polish so they stay shiny.
Ah use wet sandpaper, take a basin filled with water so you dip the sandpaper in it at regular intervals.
You can use rotary polishing tools but they require lots of dexterity. Some shops offer this kind of service, just bring em your rims and a few days later they're all shiny, but brace yourself for the price...
