Default Help with coolant leaking inside my car.

What exactly causes this? I didn't have this problem until after the swap. A lot of you guys said if the brass holes are bent it will cause a leak inside the car.. Where is the coolant coming from if the hose on the other side of the fire wall is bent? How bent do the lines have to be to start leaking? I thought i fixed it and then 2 days later i have more coolant in the car. however, it's on the driver side now rather than the passanger. HELP!
